What services do you offer?
We specialize in defining, protective styling, silky straightening, cuts/trims, braids, locs, twists, and conditioning treatments for wavy, curly, and coily hair.
Do I need an appointment?
No appointment is necessary! We operate on a walk-in basis for convenience. Call the salon location for current wait times and availability.
What products do you use?
The “Doux” pronounced “Dew” and Design Essentials
Do you offer chemical services like relaxers or perms?
Only our licensed cosmetologists offer chemical services.
Can I come with my hair in any state?
Yes, but we recommend arriving with detangled, product-free hair for the best experience.
Do you offer kid's services?
Yes! We welcome clients ages 5 and up. If the client isn’t able to sit in the chair for the duration of their service we will not be able to accommodate the hair appointment.
Do you install and maintail locs?
Yes, we offer starter locs, retwists and retie maintenance for all loc styles including SisterlocksTM.
What types of braiding styles do you offer?
We provide cornrows, box braids, knotless braids, feed-ins, twists, and other protective styles.
Do you cut all textures of curly or coily hair?
Absolutely! Our licensed stylists are trained in cutting and shaping textured hair.
How much do your services cost?
We have a base starting price for each service, but the final cost depends on your hair’s length and thickness. Since every client’s hair is different, we adjust pricing to reflect the time and effort needed. The final price is determined at the time of service. For a more accurate estimate, we offer a free virtual consultation before your visit.
What kind of payment is accepted?
We accept all major credit cards and digital payments. We DO NOT accept cash.
Do you sell hair products?
Yes, we carry quality, salon professional, textured hair products for home maintenance.
Can I bring my own products?
No, unless it’s a prescribed product for a scalp condition. We use professional-grade products to achieve the best results, and we can’t ensure the quality of the finished look when using outside products.
